How to Improve Your Vision Naturally

                                 pencil pushups

Find a pencil and mark somewhere in the middle:  Draw a letter, number or point in the side of the pen. For this exercise, you will focus on the pencil and the point as it moves toward and away from your eyes. Pencil push-ups are reputed to correct double vision and crossed eyes , but did not hurt to try for other issues - it's free, painless, and only involves focus and refocus their eyes.

Hold the pencil in front of the face, arm's length: Keeping the pen upright so that the eraser is pointing to either the ceiling or the floor. If you have someone else help you with the exercise and hold for you, extending his arm to see how far it should be.

Focus your eyes on the mark you drew in pencil: Do not proceed to the next step until you feel that your eyes are focused firmly.

Slowly move the pencil towards your face: while keeping your focus in the same place. Try to move in a straight line towards the nose. As the pen is about, his eyes will be adjusted to maintain the same level of care.

Stop when you see two pencils: As soon as the stylus is bent, stop moving closer to his face.

Look away for a few seconds, or close your eyes: Without moving your head or stylus, shift your focus away from the pen for a moment. Focus on something else in your field, and not worry about looking at the pencil at all for at least 5 seconds. If you are having a hard time, close your eyes for a moment.

Look back at the pencil: Once your eyes are updated, try to focus on the pencil so that you are not seeing double. If you're still seeing two pencils, rest your eyes for a few seconds and try again. Do not be discouraged if you still see two pencils after their second try - you'll get better! Just move to the next stage.

Slowly move the pencil away from your face: Keep your focus on the brand that has drawn in pencil while moving backwards. Keep going until it is at arm's length again.

Repeat. Pencil push-ups work best when you do it repeatedly, as part of a daily routine: Spend five minutes a day at first, and then try ramping up to 10. If you struggle to keep track of the time or stay entertained, try listening to music while practicing. For example, two tracks are equal to approximately five minutes, and three tracks are approximately 10.
